Better use PHP 8.4 !! And we are fully ready and prepared for PHP 8.5 😀 !! Latest PHP 8.5.6 release runs overall fine.

• Update to jQuery v4.0.0 final
• Finally finishes the language UTF-8 only migration which now removes all remaining and existing directories/files as announced several times
